Combination facilities of TSUNAMI RESCUE FACILITIES and sea walls with flap gates brings benefits: Flooded water can be drained safely from the region. It can be applied not only to sea walls but to river banks.

Filter for stick-shaped debris drifting in tsunamis/floods. It filters long timber etc, that tend to share huge volume of tsunami/flood debris due to demolition of wooden houses.
It can be designed to function as TSUNAMI RESCUE FACILITIES by introducing the caught stick-shaped debris along its slits to incline to form the surface of TSUNAMI RESCUE FACILITIES to lift up drifted people.
Normally it functions as an observation platform or a management facility of a harbor, but at the time of a tsunami or other disasters, it becomes a evacuation destination and simultaneously functions as a base for rescue activities from land, sea and sky.

Nowadays, research is under way to grasp the kaleidoscopic situation of the earthquake and tsunami that has just occurred, to promptly predict the progress of the disaster in the near future using AI for effective evacuation. We propose evacuation direction system that leads evacuees to the safest nearby shelters with special light indicators that illuminate based on the analysis of such IoT systems.
The indicators guide the evacuees to the best evacuation destination with their light colors, etc. seeable from where he or she is.

Buoyancy material attached to the bottom of the elevator car lifts it up according to the flooded water level when a tsunami or a flood attacks.
When evacuate, evacuees must get on the car before the rising water reaches around the floor level. During water level is rising, basically the evacuees wait in the car which is being pushed up by the water. When the water level drops, the reverse check mechanism stops the car at the nearest floor so the evacuees evacuate safely to the floor.
Proposal of a loft shelter (survival space) for tsunamis and floods utilizing the back space of the false ceiling that is usually useless space except for ducting/wiring.
If the building structure is reinforced concrete, it can be planned and constructed very easily.
